Electric transformers are often damaged (i.e. “blown up”) by the formation of dissolved gases from the degradation of the transformer oil. Which usually contribute to the thermal, electrical and or corona faults.  early warning mechanism is needed to monitor the amount of these gases.  Our research focus  this area include:
